Q: How do we secure a
performance or equipment for our event?
A:
Simply call and agree on the details, at which time you will receive a
confirmation/invoice via mail, fax or e-mail which will need to be dated,
signed and returned with a non-refundable but transferable deposit to secure
the date. It is understand by confirming a date that Magic Productions will be
turning down other booking opportunities. The balance will be due on or before
date of event.
Q: What is
your rain policy or cancellation policy?
A: Family Fun Attractions cannot be set-up
or operated in the rain however most will fit in gyms or large rooms with
proper ceiling clearance and will not harm floors. If an event is cancelled
prior to equipment and/or performer having left for the event, the event can be
rescheduled, as equipment is available and as calendars permit and prepaid
money will be applied to the rescheduled date. If the equipment has arrived or
is in process and cannot be set up inside or needs to be shut down due to
weather the entire amount of the contract will be due in full. A 50%
nonrefundable deposit of the gross price agreed upon will be due to the Artist
for any cancellations, for whatever reasons including weather, made by the
buyer 30 or more days prior to confirmed date. 100% of the gross price agreed
will be due for any cancellation within 30 days of the confirmed date. A
make-up date can be rescheduled as calendars permit. It is also understood that
all engagements made for the confirmed date are conditioned upon reasonable
ability of fulfillment. In the event Magic Productions is unable to meet its
commitment due to extreme illness, accident or any legitimate or unavoidable
cause beyond the artist control there shall be no claim for damages by either
party and prepaid amount will be refunded.
Q: Do you carry insurance on your Family
Fun Attractions?
A: Yes we carry liability
insurance on all of our attractions through Acordia & Scottsdale Insurance.
Proof of insurance via fax is available upon request.
Q: On the items that we rent, pick up and
handle ourselves does your insurance apply?
A: No. The Renter and its associates must
understand that items being rented unstaffed and uninsured - The Renter accepts
all liability and responsibility for accidents, injury that may result from
using equipment as well as repair or replacement costs resulting from broken or
damaged equipment. The Renter and its associates will operate all items in
compliance with printed instruction on equipment. It is understood that Magic
Productions, Inc. and its insurance company accept no liability for its
operation or any incident resulting from its operation. |
